Poston and Amanda Balionis. This one-of-a-kind collection brings together the individual palates and personalities of Elijah Craig’s golf partners, offering bourbon fans and golf enthusiasts alike a unique opportunity to experience Elijah Craig through the lens of the game they love.

Each ambassador collaborated with Elijah Craig’s master tasters and master distiller to select their own private barrel of Elijah Craig, yielding a trio of single-barrel expressions available exclusively as The Clubhouse Collection.

A 10-year-old, 94-proof expression with a dark amber appearance. The nose is inviting with vanilla bean, toasted nuts, and nutmeg. The palate is well balanced, offering vanilla, honey, and butterscotch, leading into a rich finish marked by butterscotch sweetness and toasted oak.

This 10-year-old, 120.5-proof bourbon shows a deep copper hue and a bold aromatic profile of oak, pecans, and vanilla. On the palate, a smooth yet smokey crème caramel meets tropical fruit for a distinctive balance of richness and brightness. The finish is sweet and lingering with a peppery lift.

A 9-year-old, 94-proof selection that embodies classic Elijah Craig character. Rich copper in color, the liquid opens with caramel and baking spice on the nose. The palate delivers layers of butterscotch, caramel sweetness, and toasted oak accented by cloves and cinnamon, finishing long and warm with sweet oak and a hint of spice.

The Clubhouse Collection will be available exclusively at the Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience in Bardstown, Kentucky. Each bottle will be offered in extremely limited quantities and presented with custom labeling that highlights the ambassador behind the barrel, making the set a true collector’s piece.
