2 oz. Elijah Craig Straight Rye Whiskey
1 oz. Amaro Montenegro
3 dashes of Ginger Bitters
Brandied Cherry (garnish) INSTRUCTIONS Add Elijah Craig Straight Rye, Amaro Montenegro, and ginger bitters into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.

1 Star Anise
2 Cinnamon Sticks (1 for garnish)
1 Orange Slice INSTRUCTIONS Add apple cider, lemon juice, simple syrup, cinnamon stick, and star anise to a small pot. Bring to a gentle boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add Elijah Craig Straight Rye Whiskey, and stir. Strain into a mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick and an orange slice.
