Rosemary Old Fashioned Elijah Craig Small Batch

INGREDIENTS
2.5 oz. Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
- 2.5 oz. Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
- .5 oz. Rosemary Cinnamon Syrup*
- 3 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Maraschino Cherry + Rosemary Sprig (garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients (except garnish) in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with a cherry skewered by a rosemary sprig. *Syrup: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup of water with 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 rosemary sprigs, and 1 medium navel orange. Bring to a simmer then add 1 cup of Demerara sugar. Stir until dissolved; strain into a sanitized bottle.
